I work with individuals 12 and up, as well as families navigating trauma, life transitions, relational difficulties and grief. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive. I pull from evidence-based treatments such as IFS, DBT, and CBT to support you on your healing journey.
In session, I am ready to embrace the good, the bad, and the ugly. A firm belief I hold at the center of my practice is that ‘your humanness should be celebrated’. Life’s not easy, everyone has things we're hiding in the closets, and realistically, we’re not supposed to have it all figured out.
