I’m a licensed creative arts therapist who’s passionate about helping people like you embrace the messy truth of life. While we often long for issues and solutions to come wrapped up in a tidy little package, that’s not often the reality. I believe that accepting and leaning into this truth is the key to a meaningful, balanced life. I help folks from all walks of life tap into their own inner wisdom. I especially enjoy supporting people in navigating anxiety, trauma, and communication breakdowns within their relationships. Members of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities are wholeheartedly welcome in my practice.
During our work together, we’ll use different art forms (or not!) to help you make sense of life’s challenges, explore emotions, and get clarity around your identity, values, and goals. I bring warmth, humor, and creativity to our shared therapy space to connect with you and empower you.
Together, we can help you make tangible steps toward the authentic life you crave. Reach out today for a free 20 minute call to get started.
