I specialize in a variety of areas, including grief counseling, Somatic and Cognitive Trauma processing work, life transitions, mood disorders and LGBTQ+ identities. While I pull from several lenses such as Psychodynamic and ACT, my overall aim is for a collaborative experience with clients to best suite their healing journey.
