I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, a top evidence-based treatment for PTSD. Although trauma is my specialty, I am also passionate about providing affirming care to the LGBTQ+ community & assisting clients struggling with grief.
Grief is complicated & not just experienced with the loss of a loved one, but also in the "little deaths" endured in the hurts/disappointments of life, the yearning for our past selves, and the realization of the selves we will never be.
