My career has taken me along different paths but, this time, I have created one for myself with Roots to Grow Behavioral Health and Wellness
It is important to me to have a space that allows me to be creative in my therapeutic practice. I utilize different modalities to accommodate each of my client's individual needs. No one person is the same, so no one theory or intervention is right for everyone. My practice is very client centered.
My goal is always to meet you where you are and help you create goals for yourself, your child, or your family.
