Announcement icon Due to COVID-19, I am currently only seeing clients via telehealth. Please feel free to reach out if you are interested in telehealth.
**I am currently accepting new clients for daytime appointments only** We all have inner narratives about ourselves, our worthiness, other people, and life in general. These narratives are created by our experiences, families, communities, our biological makeup, and mainstream societal messages. Many of us carry around harmful beliefs about ourselves and the world around us that hold us back and keep us locked in cycles of suffering. We can challenge and change these destructive narratives to improve our lives and relationships.
I am passionate about helping people understand themselves and deconstruct the negative belief systems that keep us anxious, depressed, fearful, and cut off from others. Through developing insight and learning skills to manage emotions, I strive to help people work towards freedom from being controlled by emotions and negative self-talk.
I work with clients to create a therapeutic relationship that is a supportive, trusting, and non-judgmental environment to explore these issues and improve quality of life. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your needs. I am happy to answer questions to help you determine if I might be a good fit.
