I have experience working with people with a trauma history. I specialize in sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. I enjoy helping clients overcome anxiety and depression. In my experience every person is unique and has distinct needs. I am skilled in several therapeutic modalities and custom match each client according to their presenting issues.
I do work within the narrative, cognitive behavioral, solution focus, psychodynamic and gastalt frameworks. I am an ETT therapist who uses light and color to tap into deep rooted subconscious issues so clients can gain insight and ultimately freedom from their past.
