I use a collaborative, person-centered approach, offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. Drawing from Humanistic, CBT, DBT, and ACT, I tailor treatment to each client to build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, increase flexibility, and support values-based change.
