Most people don’t come to therapy because something is “wrong” with them. They come because something feels off in their relationships. Maybe you and your partner are stuck in the same argument, things feel tense or disconnected at home, or you’re feeling overwhelmed trying to navigate conflict, limits, or communication.
I specialize in helping couples, families, and individuals make sense of these patterns and find new ways of relating that feel more grounded, connected, and sustainable.
My work is trauma-informed and rooted in relational and skills-based approaches, including DBT, ACT, and somatic awareness. I help clients understand how emotions, nervous system responses, and communication patterns interact so you can respond more intentionally to your partner, family member, or friend instead of feeling stuck in reactive cycles.
As a queer therapist, I’m committed to providing care that is HAES-aligned, anti-racist, anti-ableist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I believe that our relationships exist within larger systems, and I welcome conversations about identity, power, and community into the work.
