My goal is to work with you to discover your strengths, resources, and abilities to address the difficulties and find more balance in your life. I work with those who have chronic illnesses, anxiety, depression and grief. I use multiple therapy modalities including psychodrama, psychodynamic theory and continue to grow in my clinical practice.
