Right now more than ever we are facing increased stress and trauma as a result of situations beyond our control. Many may feel helpless, scared, or lonely in the face of current events. My goal as a therapist is to meet my clients where they are at no matter what. Whether you're at rock bottom or looking for personal growth and increased well-being I want to work collaboratively with you to establish a plan to address and meet your goals. We will work together to determine the root cause of what you're experiencing and create a clear path to finding what you are looking for.
I earned my Masters degree in counseling from Northwestern University. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have served clients experiencing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, and substance abuse. I focus on the integration of techniques from many theories to personalize counseling for each client.
