I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders in adults, couples, and groups. I have specific expertise when these disorders present as scrupulosity, and I commonly treat co-occurring trauma, relationship problems, or existential concerns. I often address those anxious, circular "What if?" questions that float into your mind and just won't get out! I love to teach a self-compassionate approach to leaning into the discomfort of the unknown and discovering that you can, indeed, trust yourself.
I offer warm and connective virtual and in-person therapy sessions. I practice in-person at Pichik Offices located in Saint Paul. Pichik is a community of providers offering integrative and healing services. We are rooted in a committed to liberation and honoring the humanity in all beings.
