I am a supportive, warm, fun, and creative therapist experienced working with individuals ages 17 and over. I am experienced in providing care individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, or PTSD, as well as those who desire a greater spiritual focus in their therapy, or are struggling with relationship issues. I am very open to discussing existential and spiritual concerns in my work, whether that be to help a client find healing from unhelpful experiences/beliefs or discuss how the client might utilize spiritual beliefs that are helpful to them.
I am a deeply compassionate listener. I strive to always be the client’s cheerleader in growth and healing. I love to give my clients validation and support, but I am also willing to offer kind, challenging feedback when limiting beliefs or behaviors arise. I love to ask questions that might make a client think just a little bit deeper than they did before.
I appreciate incorporating humor and joy into treatment when appropriate, and I genuinely enjoy each moment of my work with people. I enjoy integrating creative expression into my therapy work, and believe that the most rewarding and effective therapeutic relationship is one between equals who are in the process of growth together.
