I’m Maggie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up as yourself without judgment. Together, we’ll work on finding tools, coping skills, and approaches that feel realistic and supportive for you and your goals. My cat may occasionally make a brief appearance during virtual sessions if you're a fan of furry friends.
