My approach to therapy is an integrated healing of the mind, body, spirit and soul to bring wholeness, which is available to every one of us. Through the lens of trauma-informed care, I specialize in betrayal trauma, childhood trauma, attachment concerns, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and mental health disorders that interfere with daily living. In addition, I work with those engaged in recovery from addictions.
Genuine and lasting transformation is the goal of therapy. Behavior modification may be an outcome, but exploring and healing root causes of the behaviors is the key to long-term change. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you to foster transformation, healing and freedom.
