Groups
Men's and Women's Alcohol Recovery Support Group
Both men and women in recovery from addictions struggle with issues of shame and anxiety in learning to express their feelings and experiences, moving toward health and wellness. Those in recovery often need additional support in addition to that of "The Program" in having healthy relationships with themselves and others. This group provides a safe place to make such progress. With the support from this therapist and from one another, group members can gain the encouragement and skills they need to have successful recovery and connection with friends and family as they change their life and improve their relationships.

Sexual Abuse Survivor Support Group
The Sexual Abuse Survivor Support Group is a professionally led support group for adult men and women sexually abused as children. Child sexual abuse takes place in secret, with survivors experiencing shame, pain, and trauma in isolation and silence. This group assists survivors in empowerment by supporting one another in an environment of care and acceptance, expressed through understanding of the conflicts to be resolved. The path to improved self-esteem and improved relationships will be among other goals set by group members.
