I take a trauma-informed, person-centered, and collaborative approach to therapy, and I incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, and ACT to best support each individual client. I've also completed externship training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to better support the couples I work with.

I know therapy can be intimidating, but I promise I will do my best to create a comfortable space where you can "take your mask off" and connect with yourself.
