As a Marriage & Family therapist, I work with all clients from a family systems perspective, which focuses on relationships, including current and past relationships as well as relationship to community, and society at large. I have experience working with individuals and couples across the lifespan. My goal is to create a safe space to assist clients as they navigate various stressors by fostering open lines of communication and promoting strategies that reduce or eliminate distress.
I believe that anyone can benefit from a space to vent, or express, their current stressors, especially when that space is confidential. I want therapy to be as easy as a conversation that challenges, supports, guides and motivates clients to experience the change, or relief, they desire.
