I approach therapy from a relational lens, believing the therapeutic relationship itself is an important part of healing. My style is collaborative, grounded, and attuned to your unique needs.
I have over a decade of experience as a therapist, providing trauma-informed individual therapy to adults (18+) navigating a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions. I particularly
enjoy and take interest in working with clients in exploring relationship dynamics, attachment patterns, self-worth and recovering from burnout and trauma. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. My practice is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy. I have extensive
training in mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), integrate nervous system-informed care, and am trained in Brainspotting. I tailor therapy to each individual, meeting you where you are and collaborating on goals that feel meaningful and sustainable.
