I provide trauma-responsive therapy for children, families, and adults in a supportive, collaborative space. Using a person-centered, strength based foundation I pull from cognitive behavioral techniques and attachment frameworks to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.
