I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, spirituality, individuation, vocation, and addiction issues. I am passionate about helping people find fulfillment in their lives through embracing total wellness. I believe seeing worth as an individual is critical to a healthy spiritual outlook and to cultivating hope. Restore Counseling Services is birthed out of a spiritual desire for all to see hope manifested in daily life through practical application of spiritual principles. Everyone is capable of learning and applying tools to improve their quality of life.

Grief Recovery Services are available through individual, group, and intensives. Tuesdays Together is a weekly loss support group for all types of loss. Relapse prevention is key for people who are working to maintain sobriety. Step by Step group meets weekly for this purpose. Individual counseling is available for adults throughout the week.

I hold a master’s certification in the enneagram through The Institute for Conscious Being and believe that the enneagram is a spiritual tool to aid in unlocking our true and highest self for our own benefit and the benefit to all relationships in which we engage. We all have unique gifts and discovering those is part of healing work that can be done.

This is for people who are pursuing sobriety and want help in addition to their recovery program of choice. We go through 9 different topics relating to emotional sobriety and maintaining chemical sobriety. Building Community is critical to maintaining sobriety, and this is a large part of Step by Step. Many people come to this group and choose to remain for a while due to finding it helpful because of the accountability and the deeper connections made when sharing authentically in a safe space.

This is a counselor facilitated support group, meeting weekly from 5:30-6:30pm, to aid in processing all types of loss that occur throughout our lifespan. This is an open format group, so you can come once, come a few times, or come each week. What is important is building community and relationships to aid us in knowing we are not alone and knowing other people can and do speak the language of grief and loss. Cost: $25 per week
