Sometimes needing a little help sorting through stressors, trauma or daily life requires assistance from someone who can help untangle all the pieces. This might mean building coping strategies, exploring the "why" behind your concerns, or developing strategies for dealing with past experiences. Whether you are looking for assisting for yourself or for your family, I am able to provider a supportive environment and use person-centered approaches to help clients grow and develop according to their goals.
I use a variety of interventions in a supportive environment to build on your strengths and work towards your goals in a way that fits you and your needs. What we do in therapy can then be built on for outside the office, in daily life to meet your goals. I have experience with individual and family therapy, and use telehealth platforms.
Finding a therapist to help you see the "birds eye view" and build the life you want is worth it. When you are ready to take the next one, please don't hesitate to contact me. Please note my availability changes frequently. If I am unavailable, you may start services with a different provider or join my waiting list.
