With over 20 years of experience as a counselor, I’ve walked alongside individuals facing deep pain, complex struggles, and life-altering transitions. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered care, but I draw from a wide range of techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space, am faith based and honor where you are in your journey. This work is not just my career—it’s my calling. I am fully committed to helping you confront what’s holding you back and move toward healing and wholeness.

My specialties are grief (former bereavement counselor at a local hospice), depression, and couples counseling (including abuse and infidelity). I have worked with various other issues, just ask.

For in person, we have a relaxation room and a massage therapist for clients to utilize before and after therapy. .I am also providing telehealth to clients in SC, GA, and MI. My schedule is mostly full but I will take new clients from time to time, and if you want virtual, I usually have a few more openings.
