I work with adults and willing adolescents (ages 12 and up) through a variety of clinical approaches; facilitate couples counseling; and use hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, eliminating unwanted behaviors, improving sleep/relaxation, and releasing negative emotions.
I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified hypnotherapist.
