Working with individuals, families and systems to improve relationship and well-being as a trauma informed therapist. I am an EMDRIA Consultant and Certified therapist and utilize this for people who struggle with PTSD and trauma. I have a particular interest in working with Women's issues, life transitions and resiliency. A main focus is on our ability to overcome our life events and lived life future forward in a more resilient fashion.
I believe that all individuals can get stuck in our journey of living and relationship. I utilize EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral approach while assisting the person to utilize self-care, wellness and mindful skills which is 'Rooted and Grounded in Love.'
