I utilize mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral interventions to improve coping, enhance positive self-talk and promote awareness of self-defeating patterns of thinking and behavior. Other therapeutic techniques I employ are psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, expressive arts, body-centered psychotherapy and trauma-focused treatment models.
