About
There are inevitably good and bad moments in life. Sometimes everyone needs a little support. Whether it is help with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, domestic violence, family issues, behavior problems with children or sexually problematic behavior, or other areas of concern, support is available. Everyone can work towards change for the better to have a healthy lifestyle in every aspect of life; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I believe each person can live a happy, successful and healthy life once they can better understand oneself.
I received my Masters in Social work from Marywood University with a specialization in behavioral health. I am a license social worker (LSW). I have several trainings in Trauma, autism, and I have a Sex offender therapist certification and many other trainings over the years to stay current with the current practices and treatments for Mental health.
I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. It is important to me to provide an open nonjudgmental environment during each and every session along with building trust through patience, empathy and understanding by being focused on where the client is at during each session.
