Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in a cycle of overwhelm, feeling "not good enough," or unhealthy coping patterns? You don’t have to go through this alone— my goal is to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to what actually matters to you. Creating a safe space that is nonjudgemental is key in my practice. I bring compassion, validation, warmth, gentle yet direct accountability, and understanding that recovery is not one-size-fits-all.
My approach is integrative, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other evidence-based modalities. I utilize a HAES-aligned approach to treat eating disorders. I offer parent coaching where I help navigate child's recovery.
I am committed to helping clients become their most authentic selves and empowering them to pursue meaningful goals. I recognize that taking the first step toward change can be difficult and I meet clients where they are at, approaching each person with curiosity and empathy.
