Your feelings and thoughts get the best of you and you have trouble managing them. You don't need to suffer alone; there are effective treatments to improve your quality of life. If you want to feel like you know where your treatment is going and work with a collaborative empathic person by your side, call now for a free 15-minute consultation. I work collaboratively with you to develop a resilient mind filled with the knowledge and skills needed to better manage your thoughts and regulate your emotions.
I have over 15 years of experience treating anxiety, OCD, emotion dysregulation, trichotillomania, and misophonia. I use research-supported treatments, including CBT with Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), Mindfulness practices, DBT, and ComB.
EMAIL me, my focus is in helping teens & adults become knowledgeable in understanding their emotions and skillful in addressing their challenges to enable them to lead their best lives. I enjoy seeing my clients gain their lives back by increasing their confidence in being able to manage their symptoms, become their own therapists, and contribute to society.
