I am currently accepting clients. I am a bilingual psychotherapist who offers services in both English and Spanish. I use an integrated approach which combines aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, IFS informed ,and hypnotherapy. My areas of expertise are Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, including CPTSD, complex trauma, sexuality, ADHD, panic attack, anxiety, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and depression. My career is my passion, my vision, and my mission.
I have both Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling Master’s degrees. I am a certified hypnotherapist. I have over 24 years of experience of working with a vast array of tools and in assisting others with an assortment of challenges in their lives. I consider it my passion to work with a diverse population.
