I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, helping clients navigate feelings of overwhelm, anger, stress, and lack of purpose. I also provide support for self-care, life balance, life transitions, and parenting. Additionally, I help couples improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen their connection.
