It is a great privilege and joy for me to provide that space for people.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I believe in creating a counseling environment that fosters a client’s ability to direct their own healing. I do this through building a trusting relationship where we can together explore and challenge issues.
My therapy style is eclectic and client-centered. I bring in warmth, humor and, when needed, directness. I am certified in EMDR and I provide this via telehealth and in-person.
