My passion is to help clients help themselves. I assist individuals (young adults & working professionals) who need help with managing their life changes, anxiety, depression, coping skills, creating boundaries, family dynamics and more. Life is not meant to be walked through alone. Together we will create healthy, achievable goals that allow you to grow towards being the best version of yourself. Whatever your goals might be, we can come up with steps to achieve them. This might look like learning anxiety reduction techniques, setting boundaries with family members, or even helping you get to a "new normal" after a big life event.
I will be able to help you in your therapy journey by offering you a safe space to talk and to be yourself. This is called talk therapy. This will allow us to work through your thoughts, emotions and even behaviors. I also specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and equine therapy. Working alongside animals to help with emotions can be highly impactful.
There is always room for growth when someone decides to work on themselves. If you decide that you would like me to walk alongside you during this journey, because it is in fact a journey, please do not hesitate to reach out for a consultation. I would be happy to get to know you and your story.
