Creative outlets provide the perfect medium for self-expression. I have spent countless hours engaging young clients in play and music-based interventions. Additionally, I have experience working with teens to build healthy boundaries, recognize unsafe patterns in relationships, work through issues related to identity, and improve self-esteem.
