I offer holistic, trauma-informed therapy rooted in EMDR and over 27 years of experience. My work integrates psycho-spiritual and metaphysical principles, supporting healing from trauma, grief (including pet loss), anxiety, and identity challenges tied to immigration and adoption. I have a specialty in trauma (current, previous, intergenerational). I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) as the primary treatment modality for trauma work. I have been practicing Social Work for 27 years and received my master’s degree in 1998 from Columbia University and Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary.
I have an integrative, psycho-spiritual focus and incorporate metaphysical techniques and understanding into my work.
