Life can be messy. Kids have meltdowns, teens roll their eyes or shut down, and women often carry the weight of everyone else’s needs while putting their own on hold. In my office, you and/or your child can feel seen and supported. Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical. It can be warm, creative, and even a little playful. My goal is to create a safe space where children, teens, and women can untangle big feelings, process difficult experiences, and begin to feel more connected and understood—helping with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, and life transitions.
I use trauma-informed, evidence-based practices such as ART, ACT, EFT, and creative interventions. Therapy is tailored to each client’s needs and designed to provide practical tools while creating an empathetic space for growth. All of this happens with warmth, curiosity, and a little humor, because even in the hard stuff, we can find moments of connection.
Therapy should feel human and inviting. You are not a label or a diagnosis. You are a person with resilience, strengths, and a story worth hearing. If you or your child are ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out today to schedule an appointment!
