Seeking out counseling can feel like a big step—and it is. I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they pursue lasting change and growth. My experience is working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, interpersonal traumas, difficult life transitions, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll develop tools for moving forward while gaining insight into patterns that may be holding you back.
My approach to counseling is centered in holistic care, recognizing the strong connection between the mind and body. When helpful, we may explore lifestyle factors such as movement, nutrition, sleep, and daily routines to support overall balance. I also draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and others.
