Hello and welcome. After 17 meaningful years at Charis Counseling Associates, I am grateful to begin this next chapter with my solo teletherapy practice, VOICE of Many Waters Christian Counseling, LLC. My work is deeply rooted in a Christian worldview. I believe GOD is the ultimate healer—present with us in past wounds, current struggles, and future hope. As a licensed counselor in Washington and Oregon, I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, and I currently focus my practice on women ages 25 and older.
My areas of specialization include grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions.
I draw from a wide range of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including Somatic Therapy (mind–body connection), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey—one where we co-author a story of healing, self-discovery, growth, and renewed hope. As Scripture reminds us:
