I create a safe, supportive space where your story is valued, while also offering tools and gentle challenges when they’re helpful. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change so you can feel more empowered, resilient, and supported in your growth.
My approach to therapy is flexible and centered on you. I draw from a range of modalities, including ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, to help you explore your story, notice patterns, and try out new ways of coping.
I work with adults and teens (ages 13–17) who are navigating a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, faith transitions, and the impacts of domestic violence.
