I’m a Marine Corps veteran with a master's in counseling. My experience in the military taught me resilience, structure, and empathy—lessons I bring into my counseling practice. I work with individuals ages 18 and up who are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, or depression. My goal is to help you feel safe, empowered, and respected throughout your journey.
