I have a passion to work with adults struggling with an addiction. Additionally, I find a strong connection in working with adolescents and helping them get through stages of their lives. Everyone struggles at times in their lives but getting through these challenges can largely depend on who is there with the person and I desire to be the person that walks through this journey with you.

Maybe you’ve spent years being the strong one for everyone else while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, executive functioning challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to be living. On the outside, you may appear to have everything together while, on the inside, you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or wondering why life feels harder than it seems for everyone else.

Many of the teens, young adults, and college students I work with feel like they're carrying a lot. Between school, work, relationships, family expectations, and trying to figure out what's next, it's easy to feel overwhelmed or like you're constantly second-guessing yourself. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck, or wondering why things seem so much harder than they do for everyone else. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you're experiencing.
