I offer therapeutic care to people across the lifespan with specific focus on teens/adolescents, young adults, and athletes/performers of all ages and talent levels. My experience as an athlete and my trauma-informed training allow me to address the underlying life issues at the root that are impacting current performance and presentations. Whether we're processing childhood trauma or managing performance anxiety, you deserve a space that is accepting and free of judgment to heal and grow into the person you know yourself to be.
I enjoy helping people notice how they think, feel, and respond to life experiences, understand how those internal responses influence life, relationships, and performance, and navigate life as they develop the skills and ability to live more authentically by using techniques from EMDR, attachment and nervous system science, sports psych, art, and play.
The connection you have with your therapist is the basis for healing and lasting change. I also acknowledge how scary it can be to connect with someone new.
