I love working with individuals aged 18-40, who may just need some support, or are struggling with depression, anxiety, family conflict, impulsivity, anger and trauma. My primary focus in my treatment with others is creating a strong and trusting connection on the basis of compassion, honesty and relatability. I have knowledge and tools to help you learn how to process emotions, untwist negative thinking and manage mental health symptoms that may get in the way of accessing your best self, and living your best life.
I care deeply about the clients that I have the privilege to serve, and always strive to provide an emotionally safe space, filled with support, respect, unconditional positive regard, and encouragement.
