Please note that I am currently not accepting new clients. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and warm environment where clients are free to explore their thoughts and emotions. I believe in fostering a therapeutic relationship that is welcoming and nonjudgmental. My hope is to help individuals feel understood and empowered as they heal. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to help them find deeper understanding of themselves.
I specialize in providing therapy for adults and adolescents. I have interest in working with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and challenging life transitions (i.e. relocating, changing schools, new relationships). Grief and loss, addiction, body-image, and relationship issues are also common areas of focus in my work.
