Welcome! Taking the first step in going to therapy is a hard task, and you've done it! We will work together to unlock your inner power and conquer your greatest challenges. My work is based on a person-centered approach, with experience in motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma and now struggle with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, PTSD, OCD, anger, and other mental health problems. I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
I work with each individual to empower them to discover their best self. Each person is unique and has the capability and skills for change. I provide a safe space for each individual to feel supported and heard. My goal is to support you throughout the entire therapeutic process, encouraging you, showing empathy, and inspire growth.
Reaching out for help is not easy, and I acknowledge what you had to overcome to make it here. Lets work toward inner growth together. I understand that everyone is different and making sure you are a good fit is important to me. I offer free 30 minute phone consultations to discover if we are a good match. I look forward to hearing from you!
