Hi there. My name is Madison, welcome to my profile. I also have experience historically with personal training and individual programming for health and wellness needs. I believe in taking a holistic approach, combining aspects involving mind, body, and spirit, finding ways to implement creativity and healthy self-expression in and out of sessions.

In addition, I specialize in working with athletes (including but not limited to bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, strongman, team sports, individual sports, etc.). I am EMDR trained, and have my certificate in Integrative Health and Nutrition for Mental Health (CIMHP).
