I love working with individuals seeking more than symptom relief—they want a safe, collaborative space to explore the roots of their struggles and reconnect with their authentic self. You may constantly second-guess choices and replay interactions, wondering if you got them “right.” Food becomes a source of fixation—regretting what you ate, demonizing carbs, and feeling both proud and deprived when you avoid them. Your body feels like an enemy, criticized in ways you’d never speak to others. Deep down, you long for freedom from shame, to heal old wounds, and to feel grounded, whole, and at home in yourself.
I help clients heal eating issues, perfectionism, trauma, and relational patterns by blending IFS, attachment-based, and psychodynamic therapy. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, neurodiverse folks and the LGBTQIA+ community. I have worked in high schools, eating disorder and substance abuse treatment centers, and private practice.
