I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate difficult emotions from a personal and parenting perspective. That's why I enjoy working closely with families to develop strategies for managing challenging behaviors and promoting healthy emotional development in children. Kids can have really BIG feelings, and sometimes it takes big collaboration to help them and you figure it out. Additionally, as someone that has had a lifelong battle with anxiety, I have enjoyed helping people of ALL ages navigate and develop the tools and strategies you need to manage your symptoms and live a more fulfilling life.
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, which is why I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies to help my clients achieve their goals. From Inner Family Systems (IFS) to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Child-Centered Play. I tailor my methods to fit each client's unique needs.
