About
Much of my practice focuses on parent coaching and working with youth/young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, impulsivity, self-harm, and emotional dysregulation. Many of my clients have experienced complex trauma which has left them feeling lonely, misunderstood, and hopeless. My clients desire to feel validated and learn new ways to cope with life's challenges. My clients are looking for practical solutions to feel better, boost self-esteem, and strengthen their interpersonal relationships.
I provide a judgment free space for clients to gain understanding of themselves, heal from trauma, and create "lives worth living". I use the therapeutic relationship with my clients and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to empower individuals to create new patterns of behavior that supports emotional well-being.
Everyone is doing the best they can until they know a more helpful way to approach challenges. All of us come from unique circumstances that impact how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. I'm here to help you understand how your past impacts you today so that you can develop self-compassion and meet your goals.
