My passion is working with children and families who are navigating emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges and are looking for support, understanding, and tools to create positive change. I love working with children experiencing ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Autism, low self-esteem, and a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns. Many of the families I support feel overwhelmed, unsure of what to do next, or worried about their child’s ability to cope, communicate, or thrive at school and in the home! I strive to always meet families/clients where they're at!
Children often start therapy to better understand their emotions and learning how to regulate big feelings in healthy ways. Parents often need guidance, reassurance, and effective strategies to support their child. Utilizing CBT, Play therapy, Client Centered, Sand Tray, Expressive Arts therapy, Psychoeducation, and much more to create lasting change.
I believe that every one could benefit from 1:1 therapy. My goal is to support families with any hardships, building resilience, and fostering connection.
